Boldog Bálint Napot!

Happy Valentine's Day to all of you everywhere, from all of me here in Gyúró. I've assembled some Hungarian farmer's cheese for you, flavored with chives, spiced with dried tomato and garlic and basil, plain, with slices of fresh red onion, and seasoned with dill; plus some of the Slovak smoked mozzarella-type cheese I've learned to make called parenica.
